Dot wore an outfit that her friend Michaela picked out for her. The pants are still a little too big so she kept losing her britches, but it looks so cute on her. She had a great time watching her Papa drive the tractor in the backyard. She watched from her porch as he pulled the bucket of the tractor right up to her nose, and she didn’t even flinch! Here she is today climbing onto the deck chair (she had just figured it out when I got the camera) and you can see how she gets up and down the step into the house, too.

Today was a busy day getting ready for Dot’s party. Dot doesn’t seem too worried. She spent the afternoon playing with her new Friendly Flip Phone that she got from her Aunt Charlotte and Uncle John.

We took Grandma to the dentist’s office where Dot played around the lobby and showed off to all of the staff who adored her.  We got lunch at Steak n Shake, and Dot liked the taste of Mom’s banana shake and my hamburger.

Dot now officially walks more than she crawls. She is still climbing onto the couch but gets too excited and nearly falls off.

Spaghetti was a big hit, tonight!

I’m still having trouble getting her to drink any formula so I am going to add whole milk tomorrow.
